What is your return policy?
All products are available for a full refund within 30 days of order receipt. Product must be returned in its original condition for a full refund to be issued.

Yes, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. This means that we offer a complete refund (less shipping and handling) for any unused, returned product postmarked within 30 days of the date the product was shipped to you.

What if I’m not satisfied with Femme Factor products?
Unlike most businesses, Femme Factor covers you for a full 30 days, starting from the date the product was shipped to you. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your results, simply send us back your unused bottle(s) for a full refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges, including return shipping charges, are non-refundable.

How fast will Femme Factor products work for me?
